Yes, all bookings (excluding virtual consultations) require a non-refundable £30 deposit which is deducted from the total treatment cost.
All clients are encouraged to book a consultation first. If you choose to go ahead with treatment, the consultation fee is redeemable against your treatment cost. Please note that if you do not book a consultation, a consultation will still be included before any treatment is carried out but this will only address will only address suitability and treatment goals regarding the intended treatment area e.g. Cheek filler appointment will only discuss suitability and treatment goals for Cheek filler. We will not carry out any treatments if we do not believe it is safe or ethical considering your anatomy, medical history or previous treatment history.
No, Anti-wrinkle and/or Dermal Filler treatments are not suitable for those under the age of 18.
We completely understand that sometimes things do not go to plan which can cause you to be behind schedule. We kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible about your late arrival as arriving more than 15 minutes later than your scheduled appointment may mean we cannot go ahead with the treatment due to time constraints.
To reschedule an appointment without fee, you must notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you reschedule, cancel or fail to attend (no-show) the appointment without giving required notice, the deposit will be retained, and any further bookings will require a new deposit.
If you would like to be a model for us, please send us an email at hello@aestheticsbynoir.com with your desired treatment and photographs of yourself for pre-assessment. Please note, model appointments require consent for the use of pictures/videos taken throughout the appointment on all Aesthetics by Noir platforms . Model bookings will not go forward without this consent as treatments are heavily discounted to compensate for the use of content taking during the appointment. Full terms will be sent prior to booking confirmation.
