As part of providing safe, medically responsible cosmetic treatments, Aesthetics by Noir is required to obtain and store photographic evidence of your treatment results. Please ensure you read the following policy carefully.
Clinical photography
For all medical aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle injections, skin boosters, and any injectable treatments, it is a legal and professional requirement that before and after images are taken and stored as part of your clinical record. These images:
Are used for assessment, treatment planning and monitoring results
Form part of your medical notes
Are stored securely in accordance with UK GDPR and relevant clinical guidelines
Are not used for promotional or marketing purposes without your additional consent
You cannot opt out of clinical photography, as it is necessary for safe practice and accurate documentation.

Consent for Marketing, Social media and Website use (optional)
Aesthetics by Noir may request your permission to use certain images or videos for:
Social media content
Website galleries
Marketing materials
Educational or promotional purposes
This consent is completely optional and declining will not affect your treatment or care unless you are receiving treatment by us as a model in which case the treatment will not go ahead should you not consent to the media being used for marketing as it is one of the stipulations for booking an appointment as an Aesthetics by Noir model.
If you have previously given permission, you are welcome to withdraw marketing consent at any time, and we will remove your images from any current or future published materials where possible.
Clinical photographs stored within your medical record cannot be deleted, as they are required for legal compliance and treatment documentation.

Model appointments
When participating in a model session, photography and videography are a condition of booking. By booking a model appointment, you acknowledge that:
Photos and/or videos will be taken
Content will be used on social media and for marketing purposes
This is part of the reduced-rate or training-based nature of the session
Model bookings cannot proceed without full consent for content use.
