REFUND POLICY
Everyone at Aesthetics by Noir is committed to delivering exceptional service and premium results across all our aesthetic treatments, training courses, and product sales. By booking or making a purchase from us, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Payments and Refunds
Payment in full or a booking fee(deposit) is required to secure a booked treatment.
Once payment is received, any payments made (including booking fees) are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for cancelled appointments or treatments already scheduled.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
To reschedule an appointment without fee, you must notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
If you cancel or fail to attend (“no-show”) the appointment without giving required notice, the payment will be retained, and any further bookings will require a new deposit/payment.
Preferred practitioner
If you have booked with a specific practitioner, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance prior to the scheduled appointment if you wish to change practitioner.

If you request practitioner change within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, the rescheduling fee above applies.
Discounts, Offers and Voucher codes
Discounted treatments/promotions are non-transferable and only valid for the individual named in the booking.
The promotion must be redeemed at time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Offers cannot be applied retroactively or combined unless explicitly stated.
Model sessions or other reduced rate bookings
Medical assessment and suitability
For any model or reduced-rate booking, full content consent (photography and/or videography) is required. These sessions are subject to the same cancellation/rescheduling terms as above; no refunds will be issued post-payment.
All treatments are subject to clinical suitability following consultation. If you are deemed unsuitable on medical grounds during your consultation, you may choose to transfer your payment toward another suitable treatment, subject to availability — strictly at the clinic’s discretionary policy.
Results Disclaimer: Aesthetic results vary per individual. Dissatisfaction with results, or a change of mind after treatment, does not entitle you to a refund or credit.
Medical Conditions: It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions prior to booking. Failure to do so will not warrant a refund if treatment cannot proceed on the day.
No-shows and late arrival
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a reduced service or cancellation; full payment may be retained.
Repeated no-shows (two or more within 12 months) may result in inability to book further appointments.
Unexpected clinic closure
If we, the clinic, must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., equipment issues, practitioner illness, public health orders), we will offer you a rescheduled slot or refund your payment within 14 days. We are not liable for external costs incurred by you (travel, accommodation etc.) in such cases.
Complaints procedure
Any complaints regarding service or treatment must be submitted in writing to the clinic within 28 days of the appointment date.
We will review each case individually; no guaranteed refund or compensation arises unless we determine liability.
Amendments to terms of this policy
We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Revised terms become effective on the date of their posting on the website.
By booking any treatment with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.
